BEREAVEMENT JEWELLERY
Instructions for Sending Ashes for Your Bereavement Jewellery
We understand that this is a deeply personal and emotional time, and we are here to guide you with care and respect. To include a small amount of your loved one’s cremation ashes in your custom bereavement jewellery, please follow these steps:
1. Prepare a Small Container: Use a clean, secure container (no glass please) to hold no more than a teaspoon of ashes. This can be a small bag or vial that closes tightly. If you have arranged for other items to be included, please house these in seperate clean containers
2. Label Clearly: Clearly label the container/s with your loved one’s name and any relevant details. This ensures that we can accurately match the ashes with your jewellery order.
3. Pack Safely: Place the container of ashes in a padded envelope or box to protect it during transit. Ensure it is sealed well to prevent any spillage.
4. Include Your Contact Information: Inside the package, include a note with your name, address, phone number, and order details. This helps us reach you easily if needed.
5. Send with Care: Choose a reliable postal or courier service to send the package. For added peace of mind, consider using a trackable service.
6. Notify Us: Once you’ve sent the package, please notify us by email or phone. Provide the tracking number if available, so we can anticipate its arrival.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to support you through this process with compassion and understanding.
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this special tribute to your loved one.
Warm regards,
