The "Rinascita Odyssey” pendant is a stunning tribute to the voyage of discovery. This exquisite piece, handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, is the creation of the renowned artisan William Llewellyn Griffiths, who drew inspiration from his visit to the V&A Museum, where he was captivated by ornate antique ships and intricate pomanders. Merging these two elements, Griffiths conceived a pendant that is a modern-day pomander, releasing a delicate fragrance from its perforated hull.
This masterpiece is created from mixed metals, with sails crafted from lustrous white gold, capturing the wind with a gleaming elegance. The deck and masts, forged from rich yellow gold, stand proud and resilient. The hull, sculpted from pristine platinum, features a criss-cross lattice design adorned with 378 shimmering diamonds, each facet catching the light like the sun on the ocean waves.
Suspended by two delicate chains from a golden helm, the ship floats effortlessly, the spirit of sailing towards new horizons. At the heart of the ship's helm lies a compass, intricately carved from stone, guiding the wearer on their journey through life’s uncharted waters.
